1. Refund & Returns Policy We strive to ensure our planters are fabricated with quality filament, materials & hardware. They are 3D fabricated & assembled by-hand with expertise, attention and care. When purchasing an LED planter from us, please familiarise yourself with our fabrication process, returns, warranty and repair policy. More information is available on our FAQs page. We allow refunds or exchanges within 30 days, provided the planter is returned in a re-sellable condition. The return window starts from when the planter is delivered to you. We use 48hr tracked shipping & delivery confirmation to determine the start date of the returns window. If a planter is delivered with any product flaws arising from fabrication or shipping, we will provide a return shipping label provided it's within the 30 day return period. We ask for photo-evidence of the product flaw upon delivery if this is the case. The customer can decide if they would like a full refund, or a repair of the item (free of charge). Homebodies will cover the delivery of sending the item back to the customer should they choose a repair. Homebodies is not responsible for any misuse or breakage that might occur at the fault of the customer during the 30 day return period, including improper packaging when shipping the planter back to us. If a planter is returned to us in non-sellable condition at the fault of the customer, we will not be able to issue a full refund, but can possibly repair the planter for a repair fee (based on the extent of damage) & return the planter to the customer (covered by the customer). Customers based in London, may deliver & pick up from our studio free of charge. 2. Warranty We want our customers to feel that their money is well spent for the price point of our LED planters. For this reason, we offer a 1-year warranty on the electrical components of the planters. If for any reason during this period the lighting or electricals fail, Homebodies will repair or replace the components and/or planter free of charge. Shipping to be covered by the customer if outside the 30 day return window. Customers based in London, may deliver & pick up from our studio free of charge. 3. Repairs We offer a repair service should any part of the planter break due to falls or crashes. Don't worry, it happens... in fact, it happened to us during our R&D: Obnoxious Palm fell out of a 2nd-story window and we were still able to repair it back to like-new! If your planter breaks, send it back to us for repair. Based on the extent of damage, we'll determine the repair fee & lead time. Once agreed, an invoice will be issued for the repair fee + return shipping. 4. Recycling discount LED lights last anywhere between 35,000-50,000 hours depending on how you use them. 50,000 hours / 8 hours daily use = 17 years potentially But eventually one day all good things must come to an end. A decade and some from now if your planter no longer lights up, you can send us back the planter so we can recycle the components. In exchange, we'll give you a 15% discount towards a new Homebodies planter. 5. Privacy policy All customer data is strictly confidential & under no circumstances will be shared with any 3rd-party, in line with GDPR. The data we collect is provided consensually by our customers when subscribing to our newsletter or making a purchase, and is only used to occasionally send out newsletters with offers, pop-up events & new product announcements.
